  TERRIBLE! After booking in advance for two one year olds we were very disappointed by our experience. Upon selecting what to paint from what few items were in stock we had to listen to the woman moan about how fed up she was because its been baby gate with people painting for Christmas and she would have to work in the evening. We were left on our own with no paint/brushes etc whilst the woman went outside to smoke and upon her return she advised that she couldn't assist us as she had other customers orders to paint. After asking for help again she then said that she would help but would charge an additional £5 (we only wanted 1 word adding!) but if we wanted other things adding then it would be more. After checking online what other customers have been quoted decorations and wording was included in their price. Despite asking, no receipt was provided after just short of £60 payment for 6 tiles, a jug and a bauble. Overall, the finish of our products weren't great with imperfections on the glaze. A poor and unfriendly service received.
